From your first call to our office in Dublin, you will deal with an experienced team of people who will advise you on the best options for you and your party. All of our sales consultants have visited each resort and every chalet and will spend time with you to answer all your questions.
Once you have chosen your resort and chalet, you will enjoy an unrivalled level of pre-departure service because every Highlife guest is assigned a holiday coordinator who spends time with you to discuss all aspects of your holiday. Your coordinator will also pre-order everything you need so that it will be ready for your arrival in resort.
On arrival at your destination airport, you will be met by one of our representatives and driven to your chalet door in a minibus so that you avoid the hassle of waiting for a big bus to slowly fill up before it stops at 10 locations en route to your accommodation.
