Morzine is a friendly and picturesque market town in the heart of the world-renowned Portes du Soleil ski area. Situated just one hour’s drive from Geneva airport, this is one of the most accessible ski resorts in Europe.
The Portes du Soleil ski area enjoys excellent snowfall as a result of its location within the Mont Blanc microclimate. The huge variety of runs were a big factor in this resort being chosen as the French nomination for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
Morzine has something to offer everyone, from an array of pavement cafes and boutique shops to some lively nightlife and après ski options. The resort also offers a wide range of family-oriented activities, including an ice-rink, bowling alley, and weekly market, as well as some interesting cultural and historical activities. Each of our beautiful chalets is centrally located for easy access to all facilities
The Portes du Soleil is the world's largest linked ski area (650km of skiing!), and offers pistes, snow parks and off-piste challenges to suit every level of skier and snowboarder. Our guests return year after year to enjoy the abundance of beautiful tree-lined runs in and around Morzine.
“ The area is enormous and you can ski all day without doing the same run twice. ”
