If you need to apply for a passport (please check the expiry date on your existing document), you should do so well in advance of your departure date – at least 8 weeks prior to departure to allow enough time for your application to be processed.
Children under 16 are required to have their own passport.
Highlife must be notified immediately if your passport name changes so that the necessary amendments can be made to your travel documents and it is your responsibility to check that the name provided to us to book any travel on your behalf is correct as per your passport. Failure to advise us of such errors or required changes could result in airline tickets and insurance cover becoming invalid and any subsequent costs are at your expense.
It is also your responsibility to be in possession of a valid visa (if required). As these can often take time to process, please apply in plenty of time. If you are a non-EU passport holder, please check entry requirements with the consulate or embassy of the country to be visited.
Highlife cannot accept responsibility for customers who do not possess the correct documents.
“Sunday travel is quieter and the bonus was quiet slopes for our final day due to a majority of Saturday changeovers.”
